Mama, I’m coming home!!!
I am very very very very very very excited about this! I’m doing a panel about growing up in Baltimore, and how it’s affected me as a writer (it has). The other folks on the panel are amazing, and most of us went to school in the same vicinity, which is funny to think about– all of us milling around Roland Park in the eighties, dreaming about writing books for kids (or not). SHould be a time!

This is something like the fifth reference to “growing up” I’ve come across in the last hour. I wonder if the universe is trying to tell me something? And you Roland Park guys could be the Beat Generation for your…uhm…generation.
