I did not want another cat. Not even a little bit. This house is too small.
But we didn’t find her. She found us.
She followed the boys home from a walk.
And so we have a new member of the family, it would seem.
She’s a licker.

How does Hassle feel to have a svelte competitor on the prowl?

animals find us for the oddest and sometimes most secret of reasons, but always with purpose. i feel like our three cats put us on the verge of being crazy cat people, but i can’t imagine not having these bad boys around. best wishes for you and this stripy girl.

ohhhhh, I am so jealous! Stripy cats are just soo much more…catty, than any other kind. Alas, cats are the only librarian stereotype I cannot fulfill – allergic and my landlord refuses to have pets of any kind in the building…although he did say I could “maybe” have a fish (-:)
